Tay Nguyen University has exercised autonomy in academics and expertise; the organization of human resources, finance and assets under the authority has been decentralized but still faces difficulties and shortcomings. Lecturers are considered as the decisive factor to the quality of education and training, so the school needs a roadmap and mechanism to develop faculty when the State increases autonomy and social responsibility according to the requirements of the Law on Higher Education No. 34/2018/QH14 and Decree 99/2019/ND-CP. The study proposes three groups of solutions to contribute to the development of the faculty of Tay Nguyen University in the direction of increasing autonomy and social responsibility, meeting the trend of higher education in the current period.</p> ER -
