Faced with the requirements of innovation in general education programs, especially preschool education programs, equipping knowledge on applying modern educational methods to design educational activities for children in preschools is extremely necessary to meet the requirements of educational innovation in preschools today. The article introduces the results of theoretical research and proposes a process of applying STEAM education to design outdoor activities for preschool children and provides specific illustrations. Implementing the process of applying STEAM education to design outdoor activities for preschool children will contribute to improving training effectiveness, meeting practical requirements.
