In the context of implementing the 2018 General Education Curriculum, high schools are focusing on developing communication and cooperation skills for students as an essential part of improving education quality. These are core competencies that help students develop social skills and learn effectively. Communication and cooperation are indispensable in the learning process, help students complete tasks well, and improve teamwork efficiency. This article analyzes the current status of English teaching management at high schools in Hanoi to develop communication and cooperation skills. The article also clarifies the role of English teaching management in promoting the development of this skill through key functions such as planning, organizing, directing, and checking and evaluating. The research results provide an essential basis for educational managers to improve the quality of English teaching in high schools to meet current educational requirements and goals.
