In the context of globalization, entrepreneurship has become one of the key drivers of economic and social development, especially in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. With their role in providing a creative workforce and entrepreneurial skills, universities are seen as crucial links in promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among students, helping them better meet labor market demands. Thang Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism, tasked with developing human resources for the Central Vietnam region, has attracted research interest regarding the entrepreneurial situation of its students. The study employed qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as literature review, to analyze the current state of entrepreneurial activities among students at the university and compare it with successful entrepreneurial models from top global universities like Stanford and MIT (USA), as well as institutions in Finland, Germany, and Thailand. The findings indicate that building a comprehensive entrepreneurial ecosystem is a decisive factor for success. Challenges faced by students include a lack of management and financial skills, and limitations in accessing information and capital. The study proposes specific solutions to improve the entrepreneurial environment, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of student entrepreneurship activities.
