Social work in schools is important in improving educational effectiveness and supporting the comprehensive development of students' personalities. In particular, connecting and mobilizing resources are the core contents of social work services in primary schools. This study aims to evaluate the quality of social work services in connecting and mobilizing resources in primary schools in the South Central Coast region. The questionnaire survey method was conducted with 238 teachers, combined with in-depth interviews with 12 teachers and 5 social workers. The results showed that the quality of services was assessed at a satisfactory level. However, there are still some limitations related to professional capacity and conditions for implementing activities. On that basis, the study proposes a number of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of social work activities in connecting and mobilizing resources in primary schools in the study area.
