In recent years, ethical violations in student-led scientific research have shown increasingly complex and challenging trends, largely facilitated by the proliferation of artificial intelligence-based search tools. This phenomenon not only undermines the quality and integrity of student research but also negatively influences their academic motivation, ethical development, and future professional conduct. The study explores several theoretical foundations and examines the current state of students’ attitudes at the People's Security Academy toward research ethics. Based on the findings, the paper proposes targeted solutions aimed at fostering ethical consciousness, enhancing compliance, and preventing violations of research ethics among students. The article seeks to provide educational administrators and students with practical and theoretical insights into shaping a proactive and responsible attitude toward ethical compliance in scientific research. By doing so, it contributes to the overarching goal of improving the quality and integrity of academic research at the People's Security Academy.
