In the context of early childhood education being significantly influenced by urbanization, technological changes, and the demand for children's holistic development, life skills education for preschoolers has become an urgent task. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining document analysis with field surveys using questionnaires (administered to 227 school managers and teachers) and in-depth interviews (with 24 representatives including administrators, teachers, and parents). The findings revealed three main groups of factors affecting the management of life skills education for preschool children: (1) Inadequate awareness among teachers, parents, and educational administrators regarding the importance of life skills education; (2) Lack of collaboration between schools and parents, as well as the absence of detailed guiding documents; and (3) Practical limitations such as insufficient infrastructure, funding, and the negative impact of overexposure to technological devices. The paper recommends raising awareness among educational stakeholders, strengthening school-family collaboration, improving management conditions, and implementing specific supportive policies. The research results serve as a valuable reference for school administrators, preschool teachers, and policymakers to enhance the quality of life skills education for preschool children.
