Căng thẳng của cha mẹ có con chuẩn bị thi tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông
Tóm tắt
This study aims to assess the stress level of parents with children preparing for the high school graduation exam in Vietnam, analyze the influencing factors, and evaluate the stress reduction strategies applied. Data were collected from 120 parents through a survey consisting of scales measuring stress levels, impacts on daily life, and coping strategies. The results indicate that factors such as curriculum reform, personal and family expectations, and societal pressure are the main causes of stress. Physically and mentally, parents often experience symptoms like insomnia, headaches, and prolonged anxiety. Parents primarily adopt positive strategies such as exercising, relaxing, and talking with relatives to manage stress, while psychological counseling services are less frequently used. The study suggests implementing psychological support programs and stress management training for parents to mitigate the negative impact of stress during this critical period.
