Tổng quan hệ thống về Agentic AI và hàm ý đối với nghiên cứu khoa học giáo dục
Tóm tắt
The emergence of Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Agentic AI) systems capable of autonomously planning and executing complex task sequences is driving a paradigmatic shift in the automation of scientific research. However, the lack of a comprehensive strategy and systematic analysis regarding the role, potential, and implementation challenges of Agentic AI within the context of Educational Science in Vietnam represents a significant research gap. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review to evaluate the role of Agentic AI and propose application strategies. The key findings confirm that Agentic AI is instrumental in automating research processes (e.g., experimental design, data analysis) while also serving as a powerful tool for learning personalization, dynamic educational quality assessment, and the intellectualization of “Smart Classrooms.” The study, however, also highlights critical challenges related to technological infrastructure, the digital competency of educators, and the management of ethical and data security concerns due to the AI's autonomous processing capabilities. Consequently, the research proposes a proactive AI application strategy for Vietnam, encompassing policy development, capacity building for teachers, and the establishment of an open data platform, aimed at modernizing the education system and sustainably enhancing national competitiveness.
