Tác động của trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong giáo dục đại học: Tổng quan hệ thống theo PRISMA và các định hướng nghiên cứu tương lai.
Tóm tắt
This study systematically synthesizes international research on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education, drawing on Scopus-indexed publications from January 2017 to November 2025. The PRISMA framework was employed to guide the selection of articles. After the screening and eligibility assessment, 30 influential scholarly articles were included in the analysis. The findings indicate that AI is profoundly influencing teaching, assessment, administration, and students’ learning experiences, while simultaneously raising challenges related to ethics, privacy, academic integrity, and technological inequality. In addition, students and lecturers demonstrate varying levels of awareness, readiness, and competence in using AI, highlighting an urgent need for capacity building and appropriate policy frameworks. Future research directions emphasize the expansion of experimental and longitudinal studies, cross-cultural comparisons, the development of ethical frameworks, and the construction of sustainable AIbased models for higher education. This study contributes by offering a comprehensive overview of current trends and suggesting relevant avenues for future research in the digital era.
