Nhận thức của sinh viên về các hành vi lừa đảo trên không gian mạng trong bối cảnh công nghệ số: Nghiên cứu tại Trường Đại học Lao động - Xã hội
Tóm tắt
With the internet becoming a vital infrastructure in modern society, the risk of online fraud is increasing. This study aimed to investigate students' awareness of online fraud through a questionnaire survey of 195 students at the University of Labor and Social Affairs, combined with in-depth interviews. The research results showed that students had a certain level of awareness of various forms of fraud, with the best recognition being for online recruitment scams and the weakest for scams using Deepfake technology. However, their ability to recognize and respond to these scams was uneven, mainly relying on individual measures such as verifying the source of information before providing it. Gender, academic year, and internet usage time did not significantly influence students' awareness. The research findings provide a practical basis for proposing solutions to improve awareness and prevention skills, thereby enhancing the quality of life for students at the University of Labour and Social Affairs in particular and students in general.
