Digital transformation is reshaping higher education, particularly in specialized disciplines such as Pharmacy. In this context, academic data and digital research are becoming increasingly important in improving educational quality and supporting evidence-based learning. This study examines the effects of digital transformation on the quality of pharmacy education at Binh Duong University. Data were collected from 223 pharmacy students and analyzed using Cronbach’s Alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The EFA results indicate that four theoretical dimensions of digital transformation converge into two higher-order factors: Digital Learning Experience (DLE) and Digital Academic Support (DAS). Regression analysis shows that both factors positively and significantly influence educational quality, with DAS exerting the strongest effect (β = 0.744, p < 0.001), followed by DLE (β = 0.138, p = 0.029). The model explains 74.4% of the variance in perceived educational quality. The findings suggest that students tend to perceive digital transformation through integrated learning and academic support functions rather than isolated technological components. This study provides empirical evidence on the importance of digital academic ecosystems in enhancing pharmacy education quality in the context of digital transformation.
