Đánh giá hiệu quả “đào tạo xanh” đối với sự hình thành “kĩ năng xanh” của sinh viên chính quy tại Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận, tỉnh Lâm Đồng
Tóm tắt
In practice, Vietnam's green transformation, aligned with the net-zero emissions commitment by 2050, demands a high-quality workforce equipped with green skills, particularly in vocational education where students must integrate theory and practice for sustainable development. The study at Binh Thuan College (school years 2023 - 2024 and 2024 - 2025) aims to fill practical gaps in green training within regular college programs, contributing to “greening lifestyles” and supplying human resources for the economy's green transition. A quasi-experimental design with T-Test on 256 students (experimental group N=128 participating in green training; control group N=128), measuring pre- and post-intervention showed that the green skills scores of the experimental group increased significantly (M=4.15) compared to the control (M=3.82), with a statistically significant difference (t(254)=5.21, p < 0.001). Applying the Kirkpatrick model, the results indicated positive changes at all four levels: Reaction (M=4.61 students clearly recognized importance); Learning (cognitive skills improved from M=3.67 to 3.76, though recycling practice lagged at M=3.15); Behavior (significant changes in energy saving and green practices, M=4.00-4.35); Results (M=4.15 initial formation of an environmental protection culture in schools). The study's findings affirm the effectiveness of implementing green training in vocational education. These results provide a solid scientific basis for education managers and policy makers to develop priority solutions aimed at training high-quality human resources ready to meet the demands of a sustainable economy.
