Hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học của giảng viên Khoa Sư phạm Trường Đại học Thủ đô Hà Nội trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số: Thực trạng và giải pháp

Scientific research is the basic task of university lecturers in general and lecturers of the Faculty of Education, Hanoi Metropolitan University in particular. In the current context of digital transformation, this task needs even more attention to keep up with the constantly changing amount of information as well as meet the needs and demands of society. However, some lecturers only care about performing teaching tasks well, not paying attention to scientific research tasks for both subjective and objective reasons. This article points out the benefits and shortcomings of lecturers in scientific research. From there, we offer a number of solutions to improve the scientific research competence of lecturers at Faculty of Education at Hanoi Metropolitan University in the context of digital transformation. Research results show that scientific research is a complex and difficult intellectual activity, especially in the current context of digital transformation, requiring a high level of scientific and creative thinking and sufficient motivation to awaken research potential and awaken research competence, to find new solutions and knowledge for current problems.
