Evaluating pupils’ training results is one of the important activities in evaluating educational results in general, contributing to improving quality culture in schools. For the secondary school level, the assessment of pupils’ training results is even more meaningful as this is the age with the most obvious changes in social awareness as well as psychological factors; therefore, it is the factor that regulates and directs the entire learning and training process of students at this level. The article focuses on clarifying the concept and importance of activities to evaluate training results of secondary school’s pupils and the results of a survey of the current status of this activity in some secondary schools in Ho Chi Minh City. From there, it clarifies the contributions of activities evaluating the training results of secondary school’s pupils to improving quality culture in schools; analyzes the limitations, the causes of limitations and propose some basic solutions for assessing pupils’ training results, contributing to enhancing the quality culture in secondary schools.
