In human society, discipline is an important quality, contributing to the creation of cultural beauty in personal life and creating order and discipline in the social community. Discipline is also an important component of human behavior because it directly determines a person's personality. In education, discipline has a multi-faceted impact on the school's training work, the learning outcomes of students, etc. The development of schools and the success of students are largely formed on the basis of strict discipline enforcement. In reality, an individual's discipline is influenced by many different factors, including factors within each individual and factors from the external environment. This article discusses the disciplinary problems of students that are often discovered within the school and argues that the disciplinary problems of students at An Giang University originate from a system of personal factors and environmental factors. The findings of this study will provide An Giang University with ideas in planning and strategy to limit the disciplinary problems of students.
