Competence development education marketing for admissions consultant in private primary shools has an important role to play in promoting admissions consulting activities of private primary schools. Therefore, developing educational marketing competence for this team is one of the activities that helps private primary schools improve the quality and effectiveness of their school admissions consulting work. The article focuses on researching the the current status of developing educational marketing competence for admission consultants at private primary schools in Hanoi in the current context based on a sample of 58 administrators and 44 admission consultants specializing in admission work at private primary schools. The results show that most administrators and admissions consultants have a relatively correct understanding of the importance of this work; School administrators have grasped the essential signs and the suitability of educational marketing capacity with the career development of admissions consultants at private primary schools. However, there are still some limitations and shortcomings that need to be promptly addressed to contribute to improving the effectiveness of competence development for admissions consultants at private primary schools.
