The management competence of cadres plays an important role in managing, educating and training students according to the training goals and requirements in military academies and schools. In recent times, the practice of managing students has continuously improved the level of management capacity to fulfill assigned duties and tasks. However, the competence of cadres to manage students still has certain limitations. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of student management of cadres in academies and schools is necessary. This requires comprehensive and synchronous solutions to improve the effectiveness of student management of cadres in military academies and schools today. Based on the review and assessment of related issues, the article proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of student management in military academies and schools today. Each solution has its own position and role, but there is a dialectical relationship between them. Therefore, in the process of application, it requires the subjects to apply flexibly and creatively to bring high efficiency, contributing to improving the effectiveness of student management of officers in military academies and schools.
