Ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong quản trị nhà trường phổ thông: Xu hướng quốc tế và khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam
Tóm tắt
Artificial intelligence is becoming one of the key technologies driving digital transformation in education. However, research on the application of artificial intelligence in school governance at the general education level remains limited. This article analyzes global trends in the application of artificial intelligence in school governance and proposes recommendations for Vietnam. The study involves a scoping review combined with policy analysis. The findings show that artificial intelligence is mainly applied in educational data management, support for governance-related decision-making, automation of administrative tasks, and monitoring and quality assurance in education. Effective implementation of artificial intelligence depends on several conditions, including technological infrastructure, data quality, staff capacity, and supportive policies. The findings provide a reference for policy development and for promoting the application of artificial intelligence in school governance in Vietnam. Based on international experience, the study recommends refining policies, developing an educational data ecosystem, enhancing the capacity of school leaders and teachers concerning artificial intelligence, and establishing an ethical framework for the safe use of artificial intelligence in education.
