Thiết kế học liệu văn hóa số từ đồng dao Việt Nam và tiềm năng phát triển năng lực sáng tạo cho giáo viên mầm non
Tóm tắt
In the context of digital transformation in education, drawing on traditional cultural materials to develop digital learning resources places new demands on preschool teachers’ creative competence. This article proposes a conceptual framework and design process for developing digital cultural learning resources from Vietnamese folk rhymes as a professional context in which preschool teachers can mobilise creative competence. A focused narrative review was conducted, combining analysis, comparison, and synthesis of 26 scholarly and policy sources on teacher creativity, early-childhood digital competence, digital learning resources, culturally grounded education, and folk rhymes. The synthesis identifies five manifestations of creative competence in resource design, clarifies the working concept of digital cultural learning resources, and proposes six design principles and a six-step process from rhyme selection to evaluation and refinement. The process is illustrated through a conceptual design based on the folk rhyme “Gánh gánh gồng gồng” for older preschool children. Because the study is theoretical and the illustration has not been empirically tested, the framework should be interpreted as a proposal requiring expert validation and classroom-based evaluation.
