Ứng dụng công nghệ hỗ trợ phát triển kĩ năng nghề nghiệp cho thanh thiếu niên rối loạn phổ tự kỉ: Một nghiên cứu tổng quan hệ thống
Tóm tắt
Digital transformation is bringing about fundamental changes in the field of special education, opening up opportunities for learning and equal inclusion for all children. This study aimed to synthesize evidence on the use of assistive technologies for developing vocational skills among adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and to examine their potential application in vocational education and transition-to-employment support in Vietnam. A systematic literature review was conducted and reported in accordance with the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Studies were searched in PubMed and supplemented through Google Scholar and manual reference-list searching. English-language publications from 2015 to August 24, 2026 were considered according to predefined eligibility criteria. Following the identification, screening, and eligibility assessment process, five empirical studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in the synthesis. Data were synthesized using a narrative approach combined with thematic analysis. The findings indicated that the technologies used primarily included simulation/virtual reality, video prompting, and mobile device-based prompting systems. These technologies mainly targeted job interview skills, vocational task acquisition and performance, and increased independence in work-related activities. The included studies reported improvements in some indicators of interview performance and vocational task performance. However, the evidence remains limited due to the small number of studies, small sample sizes in several studies, and heterogeneity in research designs, participant characteristics, and outcome measures. Therefore, assistive technologies show potential for supporting vocational skill development among adolescents with ASD; however, further rigorous and longitudinal research is needed to establish the sustainability and generalizability of these outcomes to real-world employment settings.
