Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed many areas of social life, including education and training. Vietnamese education is gradually transforming, integrating education in the region and the world. Many teaching theories and teaching models are researched and applied in teaching organization aimed at developing qualities and abilities for students. This article introduces the VARK learning model; principles of applying the VARK learning style model in organizing the teaching of Literature, with a number of different learning styles. With the characteristics of Literature, research and apply Neil Fleming's VARK learning style model according to 4 common learning styles (seeing; listening and speaking; reading and writing; experiencing) to promote positivity, connecting strengths and interests, exploring learners' potential, thereby developing the qualities and literary competences of high school students.
