Building happy schools in general, and particularly in secondary schools, plays a critically important role in today's society. This article evaluates the current situation of building happy schools in some secondary schools in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. Survey results conducted with 40 school administrators and 160 teachers show that the majority of administrators and teachers are aware of the role and significance of building happy schools for both individual development and the overall development of the school. Moreover, the implementation of relevant activities is consistently carried out, with frequent forms of execution, and supportive conditions at a fairly good extent. However, there remain certain limitations in the implementation of activities, methods, and supportive conditions in the current efforts to build happy schools.
