With its diverse functions and rich sources of information, Facebook, in certain aspects, has altered the habits, mindsets, lifestyles, and culture of a segment of today's youth. Vietnamese university students, with their unique psychological development and specific needs, are receptive to scientific and technological advancements while also experiencing both positive and negative impacts from audiovisual media. This study examines the behavior of Facebook addiction among students at Van Lang University, subsequently proposing appropriate measures to foster awareness and behavior among Van Lang University students. The research findings indicate that implementing these measures has contributed to creating a safe, healthy, and effective mental life for students in the current era of rapid information technology expansion.
