The delayed graduation of students in the Information Technology is a matter of concern in university training because this is one of the criteria for evaluating the training quality of universities. Improving the situation of delayed graduation of students helps to enhance the reputation of the universities. The study analyzed survey data from 2021 to 2024 to determine the current situation and causes, and propose solutions to reduce the rate of delayed graduation. The results showed that most students graduated delayed due to a lack of foreign language certificates, the imbalance between studying and working, or due to debt in subjects. Proposed solutions include improving training programs and increasing student support in foreign languages and time management. With close coordination between schools, businesses, and students and appropriate support policies, it is hoped that the rate of students graduating on time will continue to increase, contributing to the development of the Information Technology.
