Along with the general trend of the world, using the blended learning model has become an inevitable trend in the context of current educational innovation and is an effective teaching method, applied by many higher education institutions. This study clarifies the current situation of blended learning management of students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. The survey results show that the school has paid attention to the management of blended learning of students. In particular, the work of Planning blended learning is implemented at the level of “Regular” with the implementation efficiency at the level of “Good”. The work of Organizing, Directing, Inspecting and Evaluating blended learning has the implementation level of “Regular” and the implementation efficiency at the level of “Fair”. Besides, there are still some contents of blended learning management of students that have not achieved optimal efficiency. The results of the current survey will be the basis for us to propose appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of blended learning management at schools in future studies.
