In the context of general education reform and national digital transformation, developing technology integration competence in the training of Literature teachers has become an urgent requirement. This article proposes a framework for designing the course “Methods of Teaching Writing” within the Literature teacher education program, grounded in the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) model. Drawing upon both domestic and international theoretical and empirical studies, the article clarifies how the TPACK model can be applied to the “Methods of Teaching Writing” course, and proposes its objectives, learning outcomes, content, teaching methods, and assessment strategies. The findings aim to contribute to the renewal of Literature teacher education programs, thereby enhancing teachers’ competence to teach writing in modern educational environments.
