Mức độ hài lòng và những khó khăn trong việc học và lượng giá kĩ năng tiền lâm sàng của sinh viên Y khoa, Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội
Tóm tắt
Medical students often face multiple challenges during pre-clinical skills learning and Objective Structured Clinical Examinations - OSCE. This study aimed to explore the difficulties experienced by second- and thirdyear medical students at Hanoi Medical University during pre-clinical skills learning and OSCE assessments. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from October 2024 to September 2025, using a selfadministered questionnaire. The results showed the greatest difficulties students experienced during learning were related to facilities, while during examinations the main difficulties were related to students’ personal preparation. In contrast, students were most satisfied with the teaching content during learning and most satisfied with facilities and standardized patients during examinations. Differences were observed in satisfaction levels between second- and third-year students, among groups of students with different OSCE’s results, and between the two training campuses. The study suggests the need to improve infrastructure, standardize teaching methods, and enhance instructor feedback combined with simulation-based assessments to improve pre-clinical skills training and OSCE outcomes.
