Năng lực số của giáo viên trung học tại Hà Nội: Nghiên cứu dựa trên mô hình DigCompEdu

Technology is posing significant challenges to education. The task of teaching is closely related to technology. Teachers use technology as an essential tool in teaching. Technology is constantly changing, requiring teachers to continuously assess their digital competence to identify their strengths and weaknesses, thereby finding solutions to enhance digital competence and meet the high learning needs of students. This study focuses on analyzing the digital competence of teachers currently teaching at secondary schools in Hanoi, Vietnam, using the DigCompEdu model to measure teachers' digital competence. The research sample includes 445 teachers, indicating that the majority of teachers have digital competence at the B2 level. It is noteworthy that teachers under 25 are assessed to have the lowest level of digital competence. The results collected and analyzed regarding teachers' digital competence, along with the conclusions drawn from this study, aim to develop teachers' digital competence.
