Reviewing the result is an important stage in the process of managing scientific research activities of lecturers at the university. At the local universities in the Southern region, the scientific research activities of the lecturers have made positive changes but has not created a breakthrough although the existing potential is quite large. Research through surveys and interviews with managers and lecturers at 7 local universities in the Southern region shows that the scientific research results of lecturers at the schools are still limited. In terms of output (scientific research products), output results (influence of scientific research activities) and impacts. This is a practical basis to help officials managers of policy-making schools, offering solutions to improve the effectiveness of scientific research activities of lecturers in accordance with the actual situation and development trend of school.
