Thực trạng đam mê nghề nghiệp của giáo viên trung học cơ sở: nghiên cứu tại một số tỉnh miền Bắc Việt Nam
Tóm tắt
Career passion plays a very important role for teachers in general and secondary school teachers in particular. This study focuses on analyzing the current state of career passion among teachers through various indicators: enthusiasm for teaching and educating students; perceptions of the teaching profession; motivation to engage in teaching and educating students; investment of time and effort in teaching and educating students; and the impact of career passion on outcomes. The results of a survey conducted on 421 secondary school teachers show that the expressions of professional passion among teachers are primarily assessed at an 'Average' level, including: motivation, the source of energy that drives teaching and educating students; investing time in teaching and educating students; and the impact results of passion, among which some expressions are at a 'High' level, including: a deep love for teaching and educating students and caring for students; and a profound awareness of the value of the profession for oneself and society. This serves as an important basis for researchers to propose measures to nurture and develop teachers' career passion today.
