Quản lí rủi ro trong đảm bảo chất lượng giáo dục đại học Việt Nam: Phân tích mô hình COSO-ERM 2017 và ISO 31000:2018

Risk management has been recognized as a vital component in ensuring the quality of higher education, requiring institutions to select and apply an appropriate risk management model. This paper focuses on analyzing and comparing two widely recognized risk management models: ISO 31000:2018 and COSO-ERM 2017, within the context of higher education in Vietnam. The study adopts an analytical and comparative research method, delving into the differences, advantages, and disadvantages of each management model, while referencing practical risk management practices in Vietnamese higher education. Based on these findings, the paper proposes several recommendations for higher education administrators, aiming to proactively respond to challenges, optimize the implementation of risk management solutions, and enhance training quality and sustainable development in the context of ongoing educational reforms in Vietnam's higher education system.
