Ảnh hưởng của sự phục hồi tâm lí đến sức khỏe tâm thần của trẻ có cha mẹ di cư: một nghiên cứu tại tỉnh Thái Nguyên và tỉnh Hưng Yên
Tóm tắt
The emerging prevalence of labor migration in many developing countries has resulted in a growing number of children with migrant parents, often referred to as left-behind children. These children are frequently exposed to psychological, social, and emotional challenges due to the prolonged absence of direct parental attachment. In this context, psychological resilience emerges as a critical protective factor, enabling children to adapt to adverse living conditions and maintain stable mental health. This study aims to examine the relationship and the influence between psychological resilience and mental health of those children. The analysis is grounded in a synthesis of both national and international research, complemented by empirical data collected from rural regions with high rates of labor migration. The findings indicate that resilience significantly predicts variations in mental health outcomes and functions as a key protective mechanism-particularly emotional regulation resilience. Based on these findings, the study proposes a set of recommendations for developing psychological intervention programs and social support systems designed to strengthen resilience among this vulnerable population, thereby promoting comprehensive and sustainable mental wellbeing.
