Phát triển kĩ năng giao tiếp kinh doanh thông qua việc sử dụng thành phần rào đón trong thương lượng: Nghiên cứu từ sinh viên tiếng Anh thương mại tại Đại học Kinh tế Quốc dân
Tóm tắt
In the context of international economic integration, English communication skills in business negotiations play an essential role for professional human resources. However, Vietnamese students often lack awareness of the pragmatic value of hedges, leading to inflexible and ineffective communication. This article studies the impact of pragmatic-oriented teaching on the use of hedges in negotiations by Business English students at National Economics University. The results show that pragmatic-oriented teaching helps Business English students significantly increase the frequency, variety and appropriateness of using hedges, while improving their pragmatic awareness and professional communication style. The results suggest that integrating hedge teaching into the Business English program is necessary to develop intercultural communication competence and global communication thinking. Further studies can expand the sample size and evaluate the longterm impact in real-life professional contexts.
