Sức khỏe tâm thần và năng lực sáng tạo của giáo viên mầm non trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số và đổi mới giáo dục: Một nghiên cứu tổng quan tài liệu
Tóm tắt
In the context of rapid digital transformation and educational innovation, preschool teachers are required to adapt to swift changes in technology, pedagogical methods, and educational environments. These demands can impact their mental health, motivation for innovation, and creative capacity. This study utilizes an integrative literature review approach, systematically screening reputable academic databases to select 17 key articles for thematic analysis on the theoretical foundations and the relationship between mental health and creative capacity. Mental health plays a potentially vital role in developing the creative capacity of preschool teachers. This relationship can be manifested through mechanisms such as emotion regulation, cognitive flexibility, and psychological resilience. The findings suggest the necessity of considering mental health as a crucial resource for the creative and professional development of preschool teachers. It is essential to cultivate a positive working environment, enhance psychological support, and foster digital competence alongside psychological resilience. Future research should empirically verify this relationship and evaluate the effectiveness of support models tailored to the context of digital transformation.
