In the context that the world is entering the industrial revolution 4.0, Vietnam is forced to make changes to adapt to the requirements set forth for sustainable development. The educational effectiveness for 53 ethnic minorities already has a gap compared to the majority, but with the strong impact of the IT platform, the Government's educational effectiveness for ethnic minorities in Vietnam is increasing day by day. becomes more and more important and urgent issue that needs to be researched and propose policy. This study was conducted to find scientific evidence between accessibility to IT infrastructure and educational effectiveness for ethnic minorities in Vietnam. At the same time, suggestions to consult for ethnic minority education policy to achieve the goal of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development “Give everyone equal opportunities and leave no one behind”  are provided
