Tóm tắt
In today's volatile business environment, training and development plays a key role in enhancing employees' skills and abilities, thereby influencing performance. Effective training not only helps workers adapt quickly to changes but also helps businesses develop to fit the context of the market economy. The article focuses on understanding and applying Lev Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development theory to on-the-job training programs. Accordingly, the process of organizing an on-the-job training program is proposed, from analyzing the necessary skills, designing and developing the program, to implementing and evaluating. The research results hope to be a useful reference source, not only helping to enhance the development of employees' competence but also creating an effective training and development environment.
