Social networks have become an indispensable part of daily life, giving students many opportunities to connect and access information. However, this development also comes with negative impacts. This article explores the current situation of using social networks among students at Ba Ria - Vung Tau College of Education, thereby proposing some solutions to help students use social networks healthily, effectively and safely. Research results show that the proposed synchronous implementation of solutions contributes to helping students use social networks more effectively, healthily and safely in the current 4.0 technology era.
