Phát triển năng lực số cho sinh viên đại học: Một số nghiên cứu và nhận định ban đầu

The world is in the era of digital transformation - the process of change associated with the adoption of digital technologies in all aspects of our life. Developing digital competence for citizens is a major concern for government when it comes to digital transformation. Then, what is digital competence and why is it important for university students? This article presents a literature review on developing digital competence for university students, and make initial identification about digital competence needed for higher education in Vietnam. These suggestions are advantageous for Vietnamese higher education institutions in the progress of student digital competence development.
