Conversational interaction in English between teachers and students plays a crucial role in foreign language teaching at several high schools. This study was analyzed based on Vygotsky's sociocultural theory and Long's interaction and Brown’s approach of communicative language teaching. Through a sample of 148 teachers of English at several high schools in Thong Nhat district - Dong Nai province and the software of SPSS 20 for processing the data, the research results show all four factors: the sense of belonging, expectation, relationship, and motivation, have positive and statistically significant effects on conversational interaction in English between teachers and students at several high schools in Thong Nhat district- Dong Nai province.
