Một số mô hình phát triển chuyên môn giáo viên trong môi trường giáo dục song ngữ: Phân tích và khuyến nghị
Tóm tắt
In the context of increasingly globalized education, professional development for teachers in bilingual schools plays a crucial role in ensuring teaching quality and promoting the overall growth of the institution. This article analyzes common professional development models, such as the In-house Training model, the Professional Learning Community model, and the Mentoring model. Through the method of document and theoretical synthesis analysis, combined with practical evaluations from case studies, the research clarifies the impact level of each model on enhancing teachers' teaching competencies. The results indicate that each model has distinct impacts on teachers' professional development, depending on the specific context and objectives of the institution. The article recommends a flexible combination of these models to optimize teachers' competency development in bilingual educational settings. This is a theoretical and practical basis to support educational managers in building effective professional development strategies, suitable for the specific context of bilingual schools, while contributing to creating a sustainable and developing multilingual educational environment.
