Digital transformation is the trend of all factors, happening very quickly in the foreground of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, especially in education today. The study points out the core issues in the digital transformation process including: Data development, digital technology, exploitation of resources and skills training for stakeholders. Accordingly, the study introduces a number of technologies being deployed at Lac Hong University that are suitable for each specific problem. In addition, this study evaluates the impact and formula on the digital transformation process of operation. The survey results show that the survey participants are ready for the transition and the application is suitable for the transition. The results also show a number of challenges such as internet quality, fear of change to postpone active conversions.
