Building school culture is one of the important tasks of the education sector in the current context of education and training innovation. This article aims to present a way to identify school culture in four elements: school organizational culture, school behavioral culture, school quality culture, and school cultural environment, from there, apply it to identify school culture in preschools. The study employed a questionnaire survey to evaluate school culture in preschools in Khanh Hoa province. The research results both determine the level of achievement of school culture in preschools in Khanh Hoa province and verify the tool to identify school culture in preschools according to the four factors mentioned.
