Đề xuất mô hình dạy học theo tiếp cận năng lực trong đào tạo giáo viên kĩ thuật
Tóm tắt
The competency approach is a new trend in education and teaching reform in the world and is being widely applied in higher education in Vietnam. Approaching competency from the perspective of didactics helps to establish a kind of teaching model to innovate and improve teaching quality at universities. The article presents a theoretical model of competency-based teaching in training technical teachers, which expresses the components and how to operate the model and proposes specific teaching steps in training technical teachers at the Universities of Technology and Education in Vietnam. The valuable model orients the teaching process to develop the competency for students at Universities of Technology and Education.
