Tác động của động lực nghiên cứu khoa học đến năng lực nghiên cứu của giảng viên các trường đại học tại Hà Nội
Tóm tắt
Scientific research is the key activity of the lecturer in the process of performing their education and training responsibilities at the university. However, many lecturers only perform well in teaching tasks, while neglecting scientific research tasks due to some limitations in their scientific research capacity. This study shows that internal and external motivation has a positive effect on faculty research capacity. In addition, the research results also confirmed the positive impact of career motivation on scientific research capacity. This finding shows a significant contribution of the article to building a model of scientific research motivation, thereby improving the scientific research capacity of lecturers at universities.
