Trí tuệ nhân tạo trong giáo dục đại học: Tổng quan hệ thống về xu hướng ứng dụng và khoảng trống nghiên cứu
Tóm tắt
Amid the ongoing wave of digital transformation in higher education, artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly expected to serve as a key enabler of innovation in teaching, institutional governance, and decision-making. However, both theoretical and practical perspectives reveal ongoing debates surrounding its effectiveness, ethical risks, and issues of digital inequality. This study synthesizes 35 peer-reviewed articles published in the Scopus database between 2020 and 2025 to identify prevailing trends and existing research gaps in AI applications. The findings indicate that AI has had positive impacts in three main areas: (1) supporting personalized learning, enhancing assessment, and improving interaction; (2) strengthening administrative efficiency and facilitating strategic decision-making; and (3) raising critical concerns about privacy, algorithmic bias, and digital inequality. Nevertheless, most current studies are small-scale, experimental in nature, and concentrated in developed countries, failing to capture the diversity of global educational contexts. The study recommends expanding interdisciplinary approaches, developing clear ethical policy frameworks, and promoting digital competence among lecturers and students, thereby advancing a responsible and human-centered model of AI integration in higher education.
