Tổng quan nghiên cứu quản lí trường trung học phổ thông công lập trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo dục

In the context of Vietnam’s comprehensive educational reform and the implementation of the 2018 General Education Curriculum, this paper reviews both domestic and international studies on the management of public high schools, focusing on practical issues in the implementation of the new curriculum. The analysis identifies prevailing research trends, notable achievements, and existing gaps in the field of school management. Findings reveal a lack of integrated management models that effectively bridge theory and practice, as well as limited application of contemporary management frameworks to Vietnam’s specific educational context. Accordingly, the paper proposes directions for developing management models aligned with the requirements of organizational autonomy, digital transformation, and educational quality enhancement in the current era. The research contributes theoretical and practical foundations for educational administrators, supporting policy-making and strategic planning toward a more modern, flexible, and sustainable school management system.
