Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến việc ứng dụng thành công mô hình blended learning trong đào tạo: Tổng quan nghiên cứu và hàm ý thực tiễn
Tóm tắt
Blended learning is increasingly becoming a prevalent educational model, particularly in the context of higher education and vocational training, which are under growing pressure to innovate, digitize, and personalize the learning experience. This study systematically reviews 60 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2025, following PRISMA guidelines, to identify the key determinants influencing the successful adoption of blended learning. The findings reveal seven major groups of factors: instructors, learners, technology, course design, policies and institutional support, organization and implementation, and learning environment. Nevertheless, many studies tend to focus on individual factors in isolation, lacking a comprehensive perspective on the interrelationships among these groups. Furthermore, inconsistencies in how component factors are classified present challenges for synthesis and practical application. Therefore, interdisciplinary and integrative research is needed to develop an appropriate application framework and provide policy recommendations to support the effective implementation of this model.
