With the crucial role in fulfilling goals and developing strategies of training colleges as well as in their Quality Assurance (QA), resources mobilization (RM) as well as RM management are seen as the key to development. Applying the Cycle C-EPD, this research proposes a process of coordinating stakeholders in RM of QA of Training College. This process consists of three stages, 08 steps with a close relationship: (1) (Steps 1-3) Organization of coordinating planning (E-P); (2) (Steps 4-5) Organizing and guiding the implementation process (C-D); (3) (Steps 6-7) Evaluation and feedback for improvement (E-D). The research findings would contribute to improving the quality of RM and RM management in the QA practices of Training College.
