Hiếu thảo tương hỗ và bản sắc nghề nghiệp: Vai trò của giá trị gia đình trong định hướng nghề nghiệp của sinh viên Việt Nam
Tóm tắt
This study aims to explore the relationship between reciprocal filial piety and vocational identity among university students, while examining the mediating role of interdependent happiness. A cross-sectional, non-experimental quantitative research design was employed, with data collected from 246 undergraduate students in Ho Chi Minh City. Correlational and regression analyses were conducted to test the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that reciprocal filial piety is significantly and positively correlated with career commitment and career exploration. However, interdependent happiness did not demonstrate a significant mediating role in the relationship between reciprocal filial piety and dimensions of vocational identity. These results highlight the positive impact of reciprocal filial piety on the development of vocational identity among students and suggest the value of integrating family values into career counseling and orientation programs within the Vietnamese cultural context.
